Privacy policy
This policy explains what LILII GROUP collects when you use liliigroup.com or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We are based in the A1 Building, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write when you call, email, message us on WhatsApp or submit an enquiry.
- Technical information. Standard web server records such as IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you viewed, kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
- Third-party embeds. This site embeds a Google Maps frame and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address when the page loads, and their own privacy terms apply.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver and support work you have engaged us for.
- To keep the site secure, available and working correctly.
- To meet our legal, accounting and licensing obligations in the UAE.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We do not send bulk marketing email to people who have not asked for it.
Who else sees it
Only the people who need it: our own team, and service providers who process data on our instructions, such as our hosting provider and our email provider. Where a client engagement requires it, we may share information with a subcontractor bound by the same confidentiality terms. We may also disclose information where the law or a competent UAE authority requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to twenty-four months. Records tied to a signed engagement are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the period UAE commercial and tax rules require. Server logs are held on a short rolling window by our host.
Cookies
The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Embedded third-party content, such as the Google Maps frame, may set its own cookies in your browser. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.
Your choices

Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
